摘　　要：临床实践指南在使用前需要进行质量评估,以防因质量差而误导临床。AGREEⅡ工具是当前国际公认的指南评价工具,国内已有学者对其进行了翻译及介绍,但尚缺少详细使用的实例,特别是在口腔医学领域。本文以我国口腔医学领域质量相对较高的临床实践指南《口腔颌面部血管瘤治疗指南》为范例使用AGREEⅡ逐条进行解读,以期为我国口腔临床医师理解及使用提供参考。It is necessary to evaluate the quality of clinical practice guidelines before using,in order to prevent misleading clinicians because of poor quality guidelines. The AGREE Ⅱ is an internationally recognized tool for evaluating guidelines and has been translated and introduced; however,how to use it remains lack of relevant information,especially in Stomatology. Therefore,we used a high quality clinical practice guideline,which called ＂ The protocol of treatment guideline of oral and maxillofacial hemangiomas＂ in stomatological area as example to interpret it item by item according to AGREE Ⅱ,which could be helpful for understanding and use it for stomatologist in China.
