摘  要:为探究钢纤维及偶联处理对聚合物矿物混凝土(PMC)性能的影响规律,选择不同含量和长径比的钢纤维,制备钢纤维增强PMC,在钢纤维未偶联处理和偶联剂偶联处理两条件下对钢纤维增强PMC的抗压强度和阻尼比进行实验研究。结果表明:钢纤维加入量为6%的PMC抗压强度最高。长径比为70的未偶联钢纤维增强PMC抗压强度为108.0 MPa,长径比为80的偶联处理钢纤维增强PMC抗压强度为119.8 MPa,较未添加钢纤维的PMC强度分别提高26%和40%。未偶联钢纤维增强PMC的阻尼比与PMC相比略有降低,偶联处理后钢纤维增强PMC的阻尼比与PMC相比提高11.6%,分别是HT200阻尼比的11倍和13倍。钢纤维增强PMC固有频率高,适合在机床基础件中推广使用。Polymer Mineral Concrete (PMC) reinforced by steel fiber with different amount and rate of length and diameter was fabricated. Effect of steel fiber and coupling treatment on properties of PMC were studied by means of compressive strength, and damping tests. The results showed that the compressive strength of PMC got to the highest value with 6% steel fiber, the compressive strength of PMC reinforced by steel fiber without coupling treatment was 108.0 MPa when the rate of length and diameter was 70, the compressive strength of PMC reinforced by steel fiber with coupling treatment was 119.8 MPa when the rate of length and diameter was 80, 26% and 40% higher than that of PMC without steel fiber respectively. The damping ratio of PMC reinforced by steel fiber without coupling treatment was less a little than that of PMC, and the damping ratio of PMC reinforced by steel fiber with coupling treatment was higher 11.6% than that ofPMC, 11 and 13 times than that of liT200. The PMC reinforced by steel fiber with high inherency frequencies was suitable for the use in foundation of machine tool.
