摘  要:基于Bang-bang控制提出了一种无刷直流电机换相转矩波动抑制策略.将电机运行过程分为12个工作区间,分析换相区间相电流变化过程,通过引入转矩控制指标,采用Bangbang控制对关断相进行合理地再导通控制,实现换相电压补偿,从而减小换相转矩波动;并在双闭环调速系统下验证了方法有效性,Matlab/Simulink仿真结果表明,该方法能够将转矩跟随误差控制在1%以内,有效降低了换相转矩波动.A control strategy based on the Bang -bang control was proposed to restrain the torque fluctuation existing during the phase commutation process of Brushless dc motors .The Cut -out phase is reasonably reconducted to offset the voltage variation according to the analysis of current variation during the Commutation process.The control strategy was validated in dual closed -loop speed control system on the platform of MAT-LAB/SIMULINK.The simulation result verifies that the proposed control strategy can restrain the torque fluctuation effectively .
