面向教育培训产业构建师范院校协同创新组织管理模式

摘  要:师范院校传统主要面向教育行业培养师资人才,理工学科相对薄弱,对社会需求了解不足,如何开展协同创新是值得探讨的问题。研究提出师范院校应该结合教育学等优势学科率先对接教育培训产业,构建面向行业人员教育培训基地为龙头,为校内应用型学科搭建与行业人员的沟通交流平台,多方沟通洽谈,围绕行业共性问题成立协同创新中心的组织管理模式,并给出广东技术师范学院学科专业对接案例设计。The traditional orientation of a normal university is to educate and train teaching staffs .How to take collaborative innovation in normal university with weak research ability in science and engineering is a problem to be studied .An organi-zational management model for normal university is proposed in this paper .In the model,an industry-oriented education and a training center should be built based on the advantage education background of normal university .The education and a training center will be a platform for teachers to communicate with employees in industry .The more ideas they exchange ,the more possibility a collaborative innovation center will be built up concerning about common problems in industry .Finally,a solution example in Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University is given .
