摘　　要：残疾人中等职业教育是职业教育与特殊教育的重要组成部分。提升残疾人中等职业教育办学水平需要依靠一支优秀的教师队伍。我国残疾人中等职业学校师资职后培训是残疾人中等职业教育质量的重要保障。职后培训的规划、内容和效果等方面尚存问题,加强整体规划、课程资源建设、校本研修指导等是解决问题的良策。The secondary vocational education for the disabled is an important part in vocational and special education. The research on the teachers＇ post-training in secondary vocational education for the disabled is an important guarantee for the improvement of the education level. This essay analyzes the coverage, forms, contents, organization and effects of post-training, and puts forward the way to strengthen secondary vocational education for the disabled, in order to improve the teachers＇ professional quality.
