摘　　要：职业学校名师培养机制构建研究是加快发展现代职业教育的宏观必然和区域职业教育发展上档次之微观需要。研究具有一定的理论与实践依据、意义。教师专业发展阶段和模式研究、名师内涵及其成长规律研究、职业学校名师培养研究等均与此研究关联。明确的目标、丰富的内容、清晰的思路、可行的方法有助于研究的推进。The study on the construction of teacher training mechanism in vocational schools is of great necessity for accelerating modern vocational education. Researches on the teachers＇ professional development stages, modes, connotation and laws are all relevant. It is helpful to promote this study with clear aims and thoughts, rich contents and feasible methods.
