摘  要:以特优级酒精六塔蒸馏工艺流程为基础,参考现投产项目的实际工况参数,利用流程模拟软件AspenPlus对各塔工况下的稳态模拟,分析各杂质的分离情况与设计关键控制点,模拟结果可为工艺设计与现场生产提供理论数据支持,具有参考与指导作用。乙醛、杂醇油和甲醇等是工艺系统中最为主要和代表性的杂质,其分离效果的好坏是高纯酒精品质的关键。Based on the six towers distillation technological process of special high grade alcohol , reference to the actual working condition parameters of the running project , using process simulation software ( AspenPlus ) for steady -state simulation of each tower under working condition , the separation status of each impurity and the key -points of the design were analyzed , and the simulation provided theoretic basis and data support , as a reference and guidance can be used in the process design and field production.Acetaldehyde , methanol and fusel oil was the most main and typical impurities in process system , and the separation effect good or bad was the key to the quality of high purity of alcohol.
