摘　　要：专业班导师在高等教育中起着非常重要的作用。根据作者当班导师的工作经验,分析了班导师的作用和目前大学生的心理状况,讨论了增强班级凝聚力、提高学生的专业兴趣和培养良好的学习习惯等的方法,并对做好专业班导师应具备的基本素质进行了探讨。It was important that tutor had effect on higher education.The role of tutor and the state of mind of undergraduate were discussed according to the working experiment , the methods such as enhancing class cohesion , improving students＆#39;major interest and developing good study habits were discussed , and the basic qualities for excellent tutor were also proposed.
