摘　　要：做好冰雪项目退役运动员执教的角色转换工作,对冰雪项目竞技体育的发展大有裨益。认为教练员的领导才能、专业素养、科研能力和管理能力是教练员应具备的素质,提出加强语言表达能力的培养、积极参加深造和培训、做好心理准备、养成自我学习的意识和习惯等措施和对策提高退役运动员的理论水平、执教能力和专业素质,使其顺利完成角色过渡,成为一名优秀称职的冰雪项目教练员。Doing a good job with role change of snow and ice athletes to be a teacher after retirement, has a great advantage to the development of competitive ice and snow sports. The paper thinks that coaches should have leadership, professional quality, scientific research ability and management ability. It put forwards to strengthen to cultivate verbal ability, actively participate in study and training, be prepared, develop the awareness and habits of self - learning, and improve the level of theory, teaching ability and professional quality of athletes after retirement, make them role change successful and become an excellent ice and snow coach.
