摘　　要：文中针对应用型人才的内涵进行深刻剖析,然后结合应用型人才培养的现状,指出实训基地建设的必要性。在此基础上,以港航工程生产型勘察实训基地建设为示范,具体包括海洋工程测量、海洋岩土勘察和海洋工程环境模拟的建设内容、建设目标、建设方法;同时还详细地分析了实训基地运作模式,具体包括组织形式、教学内容、保障措施等。The connotation of applied talents is profoundly analysed in this paper. And then, necessity is pointed out about the training base according to the present situation of trained engineering application talents. On the basis, it is set an example of investigation - training base building in harbor and channel engineering. It consists of the content, goal and method of the marine engineering survey, marine geotechnieal investigation and marine engineering environment simulation, in detail. On the other hand, it also analysis the model of the training base operating, which contains forms of organization, teaching content, safeguard measures and so on.
