摘　　要：目的 建立测定米力农注射液中乳酸含量的HPLC方法.方法 采用Agilent SB-Aq （4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）色谱柱,甲酸-二环己铵-水（0.1：0.1：100）为流动相,流速：1mL/min,检测波长210nm,柱温：25℃,进样量：20μL.结果 乳酸在0.5～5.0mg/mL的浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为99.7％（RSD=0.37％,n=6）.结论 此法准确、简便、快速,适用于米力农注射液中乳酸的含量测定.Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of lactate in milrinone injection.Methods An Agilent SB-Aq column （250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with formic acid-dicyclohexylamine-water （0.1：0.1：100） as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 210 nm.The temperature of the column was 30 ℃ and the sample amount was 10 μL.Results There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of lactate within 0.5-5.0 mg/mL and the peak area （r=0.999 9）.The average recovery rate was 99.7 ％ （RSD=0.37 ％,n=6）.Conclusion This method can be accurate,simple,quick and suitable for the determination of lactate in milrinone injection.
