摘　　要：硫酸软骨素是一类重要的糖胺聚糖,具有软骨保护作用,可作为症状慢作用药物或膳食补充剂应用于骨关节炎的防治。本文介绍硫酸软骨素酶解-超滤法生产工艺及其在骨关节炎中的应用。Chondroitin sulfate,an important glycosaminoglycan,has been used as symptomatic slow-acting drug or dietary supplements for osteoarthritis due to its chondro-protective properties.This review briefly introduces the production of chondroitin sulfate with enzymatic hydrolysis-ultrafiltration technologies and its application on osteoarthritis.
