分光光度法测定车间空气中苯胺的适用性研究

摘　　要：目的实验室按照GB／T16100—1995开展车间空气中的苯胺的检测工作。方法对GB／T16100—1995要求的各项适用性指标进行研究。结果苯胺浓度在0．5～8．0μg／5ml的范围内相关系数r为0．9999，检出限为0．3μg／5ml，回收率在93．2％～101．0％之内，苯胺的变异系数〈5％。结论该方法灵敏度、准确度和精密度均较商，检出限低，线性良好，且操作简便、仪器设备简单，本实验室可以开展车间空气中苯胺的检测工作。Objective To carry out the detecting work of aniline in the air of workplace in accordance with GB/T 16100-1995. Methods Study the applicability of the requirements of the indicators in GB/T 16100-1995. Results In 0.5-8.0/ag/5ml aniline concentration range, the correlation coefficient is 0.9999, the detection limit is o.3ptg/5ml, the recovery rate is 93.2 to 101.0%, the coefficient of variation is less than 5%. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, accuracy and precision, low detection limit, good linearity, and easy to operate. Our laboratory can carry out the detection work of aniline in the air of workplace.
