摘 要:油墨附着力是评价水性凹印油墨的重要性能指标之一,主要与油墨组分中颜基比、成膜树脂以及助剂有关。为了提高水性凹印油墨在PET薄膜表面的附着力,采用不同颜基比制备不同的油墨样品,测试其粒径分布,探究水性凹印油墨的颜基比对其附着力的影响;选用5种不同种类的成膜树脂配制不同的油墨样品并添加2种不同助剂分别制备性能不同的油墨样品,通过IGT F1印刷适性仪在PET薄膜表面打样,并测试样张附着力,探究成膜树脂和助剂对水性凹印油墨附着力的影响。研究结果表明:合适的颜基比是水性凹印油墨有较强附着力的前提;水性凹印油墨的分散性、水性成膜树脂对油墨在PET薄膜表面的附着力有很大的影响;加入流平剂和聚乙烯醇等助剂可有效提高油墨在PET薄膜表面的附着力。Adhesion is an important property of water-based gravure ink, which relates mostly to the ratio of pigment to resin, film-forming resin and addition agent. In order to improve the adhesion of the gravure ink on PET film, primary ink was prepared with different the ratio of pigment to resin and the dispersion was tested to study the influence of the ratio of pigment to resin on adhesion; primary ink was prepared with 5 different kinds of film-forming resins and 2 kinds of additives, and proofs were printed by using the IGT F1 on PET film with all ink samples to study the influence of film-forming resins and additives on adhesion. Research results indicated that the appropriate ratio of pigment to resin is precondition of strong adhesion of water-based gravure ink; dispensability and film-forming resin have much influence on adhesion of the gravure ink; adding addition such as flatting agent and PVA into the ink could increase the adhesion on PET film.
