摘　　要：无线通信系统的不断发展要求新一代滤波器需要同时具备小型化与宽带化特征。本文以主流LTCC生产线的加工能力为参照，使用Ansoft HFSS设计了一款中心频率在1．25GHz，外形尺寸为8．0mm×6．6mm×1．2mm的小型化LTCC滤波器。通过结合使用宽带结构与交叉耦合结构，本款LTCC滤波器不仅实现了40％的相对带宽，而且还同时具备良好的带外抑制能力。Evolving of wireless communication system requires next - generation fibers both have miniaturization and wide band features. In this paper, a kind of LTCC filter is designed with Ansoft HFSS software and manufactured on mainstream LTCC production line. The outline dimension of the miniaturizd filter is 8.0mm × 6.6mm × 1.2mm, and the center frequency is 1.25 GHz. By using of wideband structure and cross -coupled structure, 40% relative pass band of the filter is realized,and also good performance of stop - band can be obtained at the same time.
