血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤伴乳糜样腹水1例

摘　　要：1病例资料 患者,男,48岁,因＂反复发热1个月余,腹痛29d,皮疹6d＂于2013年4月17日入院。患者于2013年3月13日无明显诱因出现牙痛,当地诊所按牙龈增生处理并行牙龈切除术,术后给予氧氟沙星及替硝唑抗感染治疗后牙痛稍好转。3月16日晚开始出现发热,以低热为主。3月19日突发左上腹疼痛,向腰背部放射,进食后加重,伴发热,体温38.5℃。至当地医院就诊发现血尿淀粉酶明显升高,腹部CT示胰腺水肿,边缘毛糙,Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma is a rare clinically aggressive T-cell lymphoma,which belongs to a separate subspecies of T-cell lymphoma.It accounts for 15%to 20%of T-cell lymphoma and it is a peripheral blood T-cell lymphoma.Due to the low incidence of the disease itself,the patients with chylous ascites are rarely reported in the literature.Here we report a case which was admitted into our hospital recently.
