摘 要:为满足当前日益严格的油耗和法规要求,增压直喷技术越来越成为发动机标准的动力配置。各主机厂及设计机构纷纷研发高性能增压直喷发动机。增压器的广泛应用,带来了一系列新的技术难题,如基础增压压力高问题。基于典型增压直喷发动机的开发,分析了基础增压压力的概念,阐释了必须面临的基础增压压力高的新型问题,找出了解决此问题的设计优化方案。最后,通过台架试验和整车试验充分验证了增压直喷发动机基础增压压力高所带来的问题,以及降低基础增压压力后的表现。In order to satisfy the increasing strict demand of fuel consumption and regulation,the high performance Turbocharged Direct Injection Gasoline(TGDI) engine becomes more standardized power configuration.The OEMs and design organizations are researching and developing engines with high performance.Owing to wide application of turbocharger,a series of new technology problems arise,such as high basic boost pressure.Based on the development of typical TGDI engine,this paper analyzes the concept of basic boost pressure in TGDI engine.It also demonstrates the high basic boost pressure,which is a new problem confronted by TGDI engine,and introduces the design optimization for this problem.Finally,with the bench and vehicle test,the fuel consumption and control problems caused by the high basic boost pressure in TGDI engine and good performance with reduced basic boost pressure are verified.
