膀胱移行细胞癌中Kaiso与p120ctn交互作用机制研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨膀胱移行细胞癌中Kaiso与p120连环蛋白（p120-catenin，p120ctn）交互作用机制。方法通过免疫印迹法（Western-Blot）检测Kaiso和p120ctn在82例膀胱移行细胞癌及29例膀胱正常黏膜中的表达。结果膀胱移行细胞癌患者的p120 ctn表达水平低于膀胱正常黏膜中患者的p120 ctn表达水平；膀胱移行细胞癌患者的Kaiso蛋白表达水平高于膀胱正常黏膜患者的Kaiso蛋白表达水平。 p120ctn表达率T1期低于T2～T4期，Kaiso蛋白表达率T1期高于T2～T4期。 Kaiso蛋白和p120ctn表达呈负相关（rs＝-0.779，P＜0.05）。结论膀胱移行细胞癌中Kaiso蛋白和p120ctn与肿瘤的发生和临床分期相关， Kaiso蛋白和p120ctn之间呈负相关，这将会成为恶性肿瘤治疗的新靶点。Objective To explore the mechanism of Kaiso and p120ctn in bladder transitional cell carcinoma （BTCC）.Methods The expression of Kaiso and p120ctn were detected in 82 patients with BTCC and 29 normal bladder mucosa tissues by Western -blot.Results The expression level of p120ctn in BTCC was lower than that in the normal group.The expression level of Kaiso in normal bladder mucosa tissues was significantly lower than that in BTCC.The expression level of p 120 ctn in normal bladder mucosa tissues was significantly higher than that in BTCC.The expression of p120ctn was significantly negatively correlated to the expression of Kaiso in urothelial carcinoma of the bladder and normal bladder mucosa （rs=-0.779,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Kaiso and p120ctn are closely related to the occurrence , clini-cal stage of urothelial carcinoma of the BTCC , which may be new targets for cancer therapy.
