摘　　要：近现代中国社会的剧烈变迁,不仅带来了北京城市的改变,同时也造成了北京文化形象的多重意蕴和不断嬗变。西方文明冲击之下对于北京城市积弊的批判,现代物质文明中对于北京文化传统的再发现,外族入侵的国难里对于城市精神的重塑,都成为现代作家笔下北京形象描写的因子,同时作家也通过对北京形象的书写,不断塑造着北京城市新的精神和品格。Dramatic changes in modern Chinese society, not only brings Beijing city changes, also causes the continuous evolution of Beijing culture image with the multiple implications. All the criticism of the shortcomings of the city under the impact of Western civilization, the rediscovery of the Beijing cultural tradition in modern material civilization, and the spirit remodeling of the city in the invasion calamity have been Beijing image description of modern writers, thereby, the new spirit and character of Beijing city have been constantly reconstructed.
