强化认知行为干预对精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究强化认知行为干预对精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响。方法将我院收治的240例精神分裂症患者随机分成3组(A组、B组、C组),三组患者均予以抗精神病药物治疗和常规护理。A组接受常规干预;B组接受临床导向的自知力教育;C组接受认知为导向的自知力教育。结果 A组干预前后的IPROS各项评分比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);B组、C组干预后的IPROS各项评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.05);且C组患者的IPROS各项评分明显低于B组,P<0.05;A组患者干预后的NOSIE评分均较干预前有所改善,但无明显差异(P>0.05);B组、C组干预后的NOSIE评分均较干预前有显著改善(P<0.05);C组的改善程度明显优于B组(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者加强认知行为干预,可有效改善患者的残留症状,提高患者的社会功能、生活质量,加快疾病康复。ObjectiveTo study the strengthening effect of cognitive behavior intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia effect of spirit.Methods240 cases of mental admitted to our hospital for schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into 3 groups （A group, B group, C group）, three patients were treated with antipsychotic drug therapy and routine nursing care. A group received routine intervention; group B received clinical oriented insight education; C group received cognitive oriented insight education.ResultsCompared with A group before and after intervention of IPROS scores, no signiifcant difference （P〉0.05）; B group, C group after the intervention of IPROS scores were signiifcantly lower than those before intervention （P〈0.05）;and C in patients with IPROS scores were signiifcantly lower than the B group,P〈0.05; patients in group A the intervention of NOSIE scores were compared with before intervention has improved, but no signiifcant difference （P〉0.05）; B group, C group after the intervention of NOSIE scores were signiifcantly improved compared with before intervention by （P〈0.05）; C group improved signiifcantly better than the B group （P〈0.05）.ConclusionFor patients with schizophrenia cognitive behavior intervention, residual symptoms can effectively improve patient, improve social function, quality of life of the patients, accelerate rehabilitation.
