摘　　要：江苏省连续多年超额完成社会保险费征缴目标,主要做法是注重部门协同,建立专门征缴中心,持续开展"千千万万"行动,实现征缴信息化管理,加强稽核等;随着征缴难度加大,亟待完善配套法规,提高参保缴费数据质量,从推进治理能力现代化高度加强经办能力建设,完善市级统筹,整合征缴资源,加强征缴监管。Jiangsu province has overfuliflled the target of collection and payment of social insurance premiums for many years. To obtain this goal, the main approaches applied focused on the cooperation of multi-departments, the establishment a specialized fund collection center, to the carrying on action oft “thousands on thousands＂, the achievement of the goal of fund collection information management and the strengthening of the function of fund auditing.etc. With the dififculty in fund collection, the social insurance system has an urgent need to improve the supporting regulations and the quality of premium payment data. We need to strengthen the capability building of social insurance agencies, to improve the overall social insurance at the municipal level, to integrate the social resources for the collection of insurance fund, and to reinforce the supervision of fund collection from the height of promoting the modernization of governance capacity.
