摘　　要：本文从美国维持其国家战略利益的现实需要出发,全面分析了美国医改的背景和主要内容,指出实现全民医保只是美国医改的旗帜,控制费用才是美国医改的宗旨。在此基础上,提出美国医改值得我国借鉴之处,如应将医改纳入国家宏观发展战略全局,并为医改提供坚实的法律保障和投入保障等。This article introduced and analyzed the background and main contents of healthcare reform in the USA, and pointed out that cost control is the underline purpose of their reform. On these bases, we suggested the experiences, such as, healthcare reform should be incorporated into national development strategy, be legally guaranteed and financially assured, worth learning by health system reform in China.
