摘　　要：针对廉租房"退出难"现状,采用博弈分析方法,建立政府相关部门与廉租房租户的博弈模型,深入剖析廉租房退出机制有效性的主要决定因素,从而提出完善廉租房退出机制的根本对策,以期能给相关部门一定参考。The article used Game Analysis to research the Withdrawal Mechanism of Low-Rent Houses aiming at the present situation of“difficult to Withdraw”. Firstly, build a game model of the relevant departments of the government and the housing security objects. Then, analyze the main determinants of the Withdrawal Mechanism of Low-Rent Houses. Finally, present some advice to improve and perfect the Withdrawal Mechanism of Low-Rent Houses, and hope them may be adopt by the deciders.
