摘 要:该研究用二苯基苦基肼自由基试验法对牯牛降30种主要经济林树木鲜叶提取物的清除DPPH·活性进行了研究,发现供试的树木鲜叶提取物都有一定的清除自由基活性,其中板栗和杨梅等叶子的甲醇提取物清除自由基能力较强,它们对DPPH·的半数清除浓度分别为0.36和0.39 mg/ml。研究还发现不同植物样品的自由基清除能力与样品的浓度都呈明显的正相关,样品浓度越高其自由基清除率越高;不同类经济林树种鲜叶的自由基清除能力没有明显的规律,其中木本干果类、木本水果类、木本油料类、木本香料类等都分别有些高活性和低活性的树种。比较甲醇和乙酸乙酯提取物的清除自由基活性可知,板栗叶中主要活性成分为极性较大的物质,结合相关报道可初步推断可能以鞣质为主;杨梅叶中同时存在极性较大和较小物质,可能以黄酮类物质为主,但具体化合物组成尚需进一步研究。A DPPH · assay was employed to test radical scavenging activity of extracts from leaves of economic trees in Guniujiang.The results showed that all extrats tested had radical scavenging activity,and extracts from Castanea mollissima and Myrica rubra had strong free radical scavenging activity.Their IC50 against DPPH radicals were 0.36 and 0.39 mg/ml.Tests showed that the free radical scavenging activities of different plants extracts were different and had positive relationship with their concentration.The scavenging activity differences between the tested economic trees exhibited no obvious rule.Comparison of methanol and ethylacetate extracts from Castanea mollissima revealed that its active constituent was polar compounds which could be deduced as tannins.The active constituents of Myrica rubra were flavones.The specific compounds still need futher research.
