摘　　要：通过对集疏港公路二期中段的横断面、立交及系统的转换等关键技术问题进行透彻的分析和研究,为实现港城交通的分离提出了一些设计思路和对策,从一定程度上减少了港城交通的矛盾,改善了滨海新区的集疏运环境。Through analyzing and studying critical technology problems of cross section, interchange and system conversion of assembling ＆ evacuation port highway during the 2nd period, the article puts forward some design concepts and countermeasures for realizing port-city separation, which reduces port-city traffic contradictory and improves assembling ＆ evacuation environment of new coastal area.
