摘　　要：为了评价拖拉机在不同工作条件下的运行情况,设计了一款基于SD卡的数据采集系统,由开发板、信号调理板及上位机监测软件3部分组成。系统选用MSP430进行信号调理,采用LabVIEW软件进行上位机监控。试验验证表明:该数据采集器可以在脱机时完成数据的自动采集与保存;在线监测状态时与上位机的LabVIEW软件相配合,完成实时监测、采集并保存试验数据;采集信号的精度满足使用要求。For evaluating the performance of tractors in different conditions, this project designs the tractors data acquisition system based on SD card. It consists with three parts： development board, signal conditioning board, computer monitoring software. It uses MSP430 to design signal conditioning and the LabVIEW to design computer monitoring program. After experimental verification, the data collector can collect and preserve the data automatically in offline state, cooperate with the LabVIEW software of host computer to complete real-time monitoring, capture and save the test data in online monitoring state, and the precision of the acquisition signal meets the requirement.
