摘  要:目的对脑卒中患者急性期脑血管血流动力学的变化特征进行观察和比较。方法此次临床研究主要以中信惠州医院在2010年1月-2013年12月收治的100例脑卒中急性期患者为研究对象,并同期抽取来该院进行健康体检的100名健康者为对照组。对所有对象进行急性期脑血管血液动力学检测,并观察和对比两组对象的检测结果。结果经临床研究结果显示,试验组患者的平均血流速、最大血流速、最小血流速、舒张压与临界压差值、血流量均明显低于对照组,外周阻力、临界压水平、脉搏波速以及特异性阻抗均明显高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经临床研究结果表明,脑卒中患者在发病后的1周内,脑血管血液动力学会明显变化,利用脑血管血液动力学检测,能够有效对脑组织进行预防,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广和普及。【Objective】Acute stage in patients with stroke and cerebrovascular hemodynamic changes in the characteristics were observed and compared. 【Methods】The clinical study mainly in our hospital in January 2010 to December 2013, 100 cases of acute cerebral apoplexy patients as the research object, and at the same time extraction to the hospital for physical examination of 100 cases of healthy subjects as control group. Acute cerebrovascular hemodynamic tests for all objects, and to observe and contrast the test results of two groups of objects. 【Results】Through clinical research, according to the results of the experimental group patients of mean blood flow velocity, maximum, minimum blood flow velocity and diastolic blood pressure and blood flow, blood flow were significantly lower than the critical pressure difference control, peripheral resistance, critical pressure levels, pulse wave velocity and specific resistance were significantly higher than that of control group, the difference is statistically significant, P〈0.05. 【Conclusion】Through clinical research results show that, in patients with stroke incidence, within 1 week after cerebral blood dynamics society changes obviously, using the cerebrovascular hemodynamic detection, effective prevention of brain tissue has high clinical value, worthy of promotion and popularization.
