食管癌患者围术期肿瘤标志物、疼痛与炎性应激的变化

摘　　要：目的:分析食管癌患者围术期肿瘤标志物、疼痛与炎性应激的变化情况。方法:选取于本院进行手术治疗的48例食管癌患者为观察组,并选同期的48例同龄健康人员为对照组,然后将观察组手术前1d和手术后1、3、7、14d的血清肿瘤标志物、疼痛与炎性应激水平进行比较。结果:观察组术前1d及术后1、3、7、14d的血清肿瘤标志物均高于对照组,但术后3、7、14d均低于本组术前及术后1d,同时观察组术前至术后1、3、7d的血清疼痛与炎性应激指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而术后14d两组比较,差异均无统计学(P>0.05)。结论:食管癌患者围术期肿瘤标志物、疼痛与炎性应激指标变化较大,肿瘤标志物持续降低,疼痛与炎性应激则先升后降。Objective： To observe and analyze the change state of tumor markers,pain and inflammatory stress of patients with esophageal cancer during the perioperative period. Methods：A total of 48 patients with esophageal cancer who were treated with operation in our hospital were enrolled as observation group ,and 48 healthy persons with the same age during the same period were selected as control group, then the serum tumor markers,pain stress and inflammatory stress indexes of observation group 1 day before the operation and at 1st,3rd,Tth and 14th day after the operation were observed and and compared. Results.The serum tumor markers of observation group 1 day before the operation and at 1st,3rd,7th and 14th day after the operation were all higher than those of control group, while the levels at 3rd, 7th and 14th day after the operation were all lower than those before the operation and at 1st day after the operation,the serum pain and inflammatory indexes of observation group before the operation and at 1st,3rd and 7thday after the operation were all better than those of control group （P all d0.05） ,while at 14th day after the operation those indexes of two group were not significant different from each （P all〉0.05）. Conclusion：The change of tumor markers,pain and inflammatory stress of patients with esophageal cancer during the perioperative period are great, and the tumor markers deerease continuously, the pain and inflammatory stress increase first and decrease afterward.
