摘　　要：目的：分析非小细胞肺癌患者组织、血清白介素及血管内皮细胞生长因子的变化情况。方法：选取2013年1月-2014年4月本院收治的100例非小细胞肺癌患者为观察组，同期的100例肺部良性病变患者为对照组，比较两组组织、血清白介素及血管内皮生长因子水平，同时比较观察组中不同分期患者的检测结果。结果：观察组组织、血清白介素及血管内皮生长因子指标均明显高于对照组，且观察组中分期较高者各指标水平均明显高于分期较低者，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论：非小细胞肺癌患者组织、血清白介素及血管内皮细胞生长因子均呈现高表达状态，且分期越高的肺癌患者其上述指标的表达水平越高。Objective： To study the change situation of tissue and serum interleukin and vascular endothelial growth fac- tor of patients with nonsmall-cell lung cancer. Methods： 100 patients with nonsmall-cell lung cancer in our hospital from Januar- y 2013 to April 2014 were selected as observation group,then 100 patients with benign lung disease at the same time were se- lected as control group. Tissue and serum interleukin and vascular endothelial growth factor of two groups were compared, and the detection results of observation group with different stages were compared too. Results： The tissue and serum interleukin and vascular endothelial growth factor of observation group were all obviously higher than those of control group, the tissue and serum interleukin and vascular endothelial growth factor of observation group with higher stages were all significantly higher than those of patients with lower stages （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Interleukin and vascular endothelial growth factor are high- ly expressed in issue and serum of patients with nonsmall-cell lung cancer, and those indexes of patients with higher stage of lung cancer show higher exoression levels.
