地西泮对兔定量药物脑电图δ频段功率百分比的影响

摘  要:目的观察地西泮对兔定量药物脑电图(QPEEG)δ频段功率百分比的影响。方法24只成年家兔随机分为4组(n=6):分别静脉注射1ml·kg-1生理盐水(Ns组)及0.125、0.25、0.5mg·kg-1地西泮(LD、MD、HD组),应用数字脑电地形图仪,计算给药前及给药后各时间点兔各脑区QPEEG8频段功率百分比。结果与给药前比较,Ns组、LD组各脑区8频段功率百分比无明显变化(P〉0.05),MD组和HD组各脑区8频段功率百分比在30S-30min内显著增加(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),且与地西泮剂量呈正相关(r=0.564~0.943,P〈0.01)。结论地西泮剂量依赖性增加兔各脑区8频段功率百分比,提示8频段可能成为反映镇静催眠程度的指标。Objective To observe the effects of diazepam on the percentage of δ- band power of quantitative phar- maco - electroencephalogram (QPEEG) in rabbits. Methods Twenty - four adult rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups ( n = 6), according to their intravenous injection of 1 ml/kg normal saline, 0. 125, 0.25 and 0.5 mg/kg of diaze- pam. Then a digital EEG system was adopted to record the changes of QPEEG in eight encephalic regions 30 seconds before and 30 seconds, 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 minutes after injection. Results Compared with the baseline, there was no remarkable change in the normal saline group and 0. 125 mg/kg diazepam group as to the percentage of δ- band power. The percentage of δ- band power in the eight encephalic regions of 0.25 and 0.5 mg/kg diazepam groups were remarkably increased from 30 seconds to 30 minuts (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ). The change of the percentage of δ- band power was positively correlated with the dose of diazepam ( r = 0. 564 - 0. 943, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Diazepam treatment can increase the percentage of 8 - band power of rabbit QPEEG in a dose - dependent way, indicating the potential role that δ- band power takes to assess the degree of sedation - hypnosis.
