摘  要:针对厚度为3mm的6061和6101铝合金板材进行TIG焊接试验研究,分别采用四种不同的填充材料进行焊接,并分析焊接接头力学性能和显微组织。研究结果表明:所有接试验力学性能均低于母材,采用ER5356焊丝的焊接接头抗拉强度达到母材的63.2%,断后延伸率为母材的62.5%。测试焊接试样各区域的显微硬度,显示焊缝区域硬度高于其他部位。采用ER5356焊丝和ER4043焊丝的焊接接头,在焊缝区域可见晶界清晰的等轴晶粒,其热影响区的晶粒较粗大。通过对比分析显微组织和力学性能,四种填充材料中,ER5356适合作为汽车用6101和6061铝合金板材的焊接填充材料。TIG welding experiments with thickness of 3mm sheets for 6061 and 6101aluminum alloys were achieved. Four different welding wires were adopted to take as the filling material in the welding processing, and the mechanical properties and mierostructures of wehted joints were analyzed. The results indicated that the mechanical properties of all samples were lower than base metals', the tensile strength and elongation of welding joint which using ER5356 welding wire is 63.2% and 62.5% of the base material, respectively. The hardness test of samples presented the hardness in weld zone is higher than other parts of the region. The microstructures of welded joints which using ER404-3 ER5356 welding wire showed equiaxed grains with clearly visible boundaries in the weld zone, and coarse grains in the heat affected zone. Comparing the microstructure and mechanical properties of those samples, ER5356 welding wire is suitable to take as the filler material for welding processing of 6101 and 6061 aluminum alloy sheets for automotive in those fnur kinds of filling material.
