摘  要:脲硫酸复肥生产工艺可充分利用我国广泛存在的中、低品位磷矿资源,采用一步法生产复合肥料,产品除含NPK外,还含有钙、镁、硫、硅、铁等中微量营养元素,对于作物的全面营养和平衡施肥、增强作物的抗倒伏、防病害能力具有重要作用,同时对提高肥料利用率、延长我国磷资源的使用寿命具有重要意义。流体的密度和黏度是反应器设计及流体输送的重要参数,本文对脲硫酸溶液以及分解磷矿后料浆的的密度和黏度等进行了研究,为工业化生产提供基础物性数据。The process of urea -sulfuric acid compound fertilizer( USC in brief) production can make full use of middle - low grade phosphate resources existing widely in our country and produce compound fertilizer in one step, the USC product contains not only NPK but also Ca, Mg,S,Si,Fe and other micronutri- ents , and plays an important role in comprehensive nutrition and balanced fertilization of crops, enhancing lodging resistance and disease prevention ability of crops, simultaneously has a great significance to improve the utilization rate of fertilizer and to prolong the service life of phosphate rock in China. The density and viscosity of fluid are important parameters for the reactor design and fluid transfer, so the density and viscosity of urea- sulfuric acid solution and slurry produced from urea- sulfuric acid decomposing phosphate rock are studied ,which provide basic data for USC industrialization.
