摘　　要：目的评价BLB种植系统在国内应用10年以上的临床应用效果。方法搜集国内相关文献,运用寿命表法计算种植体的累积存留率。结果符合纳入标准的文献共16篇,有效植入数目为2677枚,最长随访时间为11年,BLB种植系统临床应用5年、10年的累积存留率分别为94.66%和91.16%。结论 BLB种植系统临床应用效果可靠,长期成功率较高,适应证广泛,是一种较理想的种植系统。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of over 10 years application of BLB implant system in China. Methods Medical literatures in recent years were collected and life table method is used to calculate the cumulative implant retention rate. Results 2677 cases in 16 documents matched the criteria of usage,the longest follow-up time was 11 years. The 5 years and 10 years cumulative BLB retention rate was 94.66% and 91.16% respectively. Conclusion The clinical effect of BLB implant system is reliable and the long time success rate is high with wide indications, thus is an ideal dental implant system.
