摘  要:目的探讨多排CT仿真膀胱镜技术在膀胱疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2011年12月至2013年9月中山市陈星海医院收治的疑似膀胱疾病患者195例,均行光学纤维内窥镜检查和多排CT仿真膀胱镜检查,经膀胱镜检查和病理检查确诊膀胱肿瘤患者60例,比较两种检查方法的灵敏度、特异度、准确度,分析两种检查方法在病灶位置、形态、大小、数量、基底部情况上的吻合度。结果多排CT仿真膀胱镜检查的灵敏度(91.7%)、特异度(90.4%)、准确度(90.8%)均低于光学纤维内镜检查(93.3%,91.9%,92.3%),但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两种检查方法在病灶位置、形态、数量、基底部情况上均高度吻合(P<0.05)。结论多排CT仿真膀胱镜技术是一种安全有效的检查方法,具有较高的灵敏度、特异度、准确度。Objective To investigate application value of multi-slice CT virtual cystoscopy technology in diagnosis of bladder diseases. Methods A total of 195 suspected patients with bladder diseases were selected in Zhongshan Chenxinghai Hospital from Dec. 2011 to Sep. 2013, they received optical fiber endoscopy and multi-slice CT virtual cystoscopy examination. 60 patients were diagnosed of bladder tumor after cystoscopy and biopsy. Sensitivity, specificity, accuracy were compared between two inspection methods. The match degree of location, shape, size, quantity, base condition of the two inspection methods was analyzed. Results Sensitivity(91.7% ) ,specificity(90.4% ) ,accuracy(90.8% ) of multi-slice CT virtual cystoscopy examination were lower than optical fiber endoscopy(93.3% ,91.9% ,92.3% ) ,but the differences were not statistically significant( P 〉0.05 ). Two methods were highly consistent in location, shape, size, quantity and base situation ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Multi-slice CT virtual cystoscopy is a safe and effective inspection method ,which has higher sensitivity, specificity and accuiacy.
