摘　　要：阐述了伺服阀PID(比例积分微分)控制在转炉除尘系统改造中的设计、应用与实现,对除尘效果与煤气回收对除尘系统的不同要求进行了详细讨论;结合PLC(可编程控制器)控制系统的优势,介绍了除尘系统的软硬件配置;通过实际运行,改造后除尘系统运行稳定,除尘效果得到了进一步提高。The paper described the design and application of servo valve PID control in dedusting system.The different requirements for the system and the effects of dust and gas recovery were discussed in details.Combined with the PLC con-trol system,the software and hardware configuration of the system were introduced.Through the actual operation,after the transformation,the stable running of the system and the dust removal effects were gotten.
