摘　　要：采用大群和抽样测定方法对保种群2 800只巨型玫瑰冠鸡的冠型性状的基因型、生物学特性、生长性能、屠宰品质、肉品质、繁殖性能等进行了统计与分析.结果表明,玫瑰冠鸡按羽色培育的4个品系群具有耐粗饲、抗寒耐暑、抗病力强等生物学特点;20周龄公、母平均体重分别为1 794～2 284 g和1 463～1 887 g;成年公、母鸡体重分别为2 157.8～2 723.1 g和1 807.2～2 267.3 g,肌肉粗蛋白含量分别为25.64％～26.49％和25.83％～26.47％,肌内脂肪含量分别为4.18％～5.83％和4.38％～5.41％;66周龄产蛋量为203～228个,料蛋比为2.13～2.76∶1;表现出优良地方种鸡的种质特性.The genotype of comb Traits, biological characteristics, growth performance, slaughter performance, meat quality and reproductive performance of 2 800 giant rose-comb chickens were studied by the methods of the large groups and sampling. The results showed that the rose-comb chicken four line-groups according to the color of the feather,which had the biological characteristics such as crude-feed tolerance, strong disease resistance, cold and heat resistance and soon. The average weights of 20-week-age male and female was 1 794 to 2 284 g and 1 463 to 1 887 g respectively. The average weights of adult cock and hen were 2 157.8 to 2 723.1 g and 1 807.2 to 2 267.3 g respectively, and the crude protein contents of which were 25.64% to 26.49% and 25.83% to 26.47% respectively,the intramuscular fat content was 4.18% to 5.83% and 4.38% to 5.41%. The egg production of 66 weeks age was 203 to 228,the feed-egg ratio was 2.13 to 2.76：1. It concluded that rose-comb chicken had the good germplasm characteristics of local chicken.
