摘  要:为探究不同浓度黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)对雏鸡造血功能的影响,将64只1日龄健康海兰褐雏鸡随机平均分成A、B、C、D 4组,连续饲喂含有不同浓度AFB1(0、2.8、4.2、5.6 mg/kg)的饲料,分别在7、14 d采血测定各组鸡外周血白细胞总数(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)和血小板(PLT)数目的变化并进行比较,取肝脏,称重后迅速固定,HE染色观察组织病理学变化,计算肝指数。试验期间未发现明显的中毒症状,但有轻微的贫血症状,14d内无受试动物死亡。连续饲喂7d,B、C、D组肝指数极显著高于对照A组(P<0.01),但其组间差异不显著。B组WBC数目显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而C、D组极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。B、C、D组的RBC、HGB、HCT、PLT数目均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);连续饲喂14 d,B、C、D组肝指数极显著高于对照A组(P<0.01),D组又极显著高于B、C组。B组WBC、RBC、HCT、PLT数目均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),B、C、D组HGB含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。2.8 mg/kg AFB1能显著升高肝指数,肝脏肿大出血,轻度脂肪变性且浓度越高损伤越严重,而且显著降低雏鸡的血液生理指标(WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、PLT),并呈现出一定的时间和剂量依赖性。An experiment on 64,one-day-old Hy-line Brown female chicks was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of aflatoxin B1 on hematopoietie functions in chicken. The chicks were randomly assigned to 4 dietary treatments: A (without AFB1), B(2.8 mg/kg AFB1), C (4.2 mg/kg AFB1), D (5.6 mg/kg AFB,) and the trial lasted for 2 weeks. Detected and compared the peripheral white blood cell (WBC),red blood cell (RBC),hemoglobin (HGB), hematocrit (HCT),platelet (PLT) count on 7 d, 14 d respectively. Weighing the liver and quickly fixed,to observe pathological change after HE staining and calculate the liver index. The poisoning symptoms were not observed visibly but a slight anemia,and no animal died in the trial period. After 7 days of continuous feeding, the liver index in group B, C and D was significantly higher than those of A group (P〈0.01),but no significant differences among the groups. Compared with control subjects of group B,the blood level of WBC were significantly decreased (P〈0.05),and RBC,HGB,I-ICT, PLT of group C and D were significantly decreased (P〈0.01);at 14 days,the liver index in group B,C and D was significantly higher than those of group A (P〈0.01), and group D was significantly higher than B, C group. WBC, RBC, HCT,PLT of group B were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05),the level of HGB in group B,C and D was significantly lower than the control group (P〈O.01). It was concluded that 2.8 mg/kg AFB~ could significantly elevate liver index, liver enlargement, hemorrhage, and mild fatty degeneration, the higher the concentration the more serious damage,and the blood physiological indices of chickens (WBC,RBC,HGB,HCT,PLT)could be significantly reduced by dietary 2.8 mg/kg AFB1,and showed in a both time-dose dependent manner.
