摘 要:选取每千人医疗机构床位数、每千人拥有医生数、小学教师人均负担学生数、中学教师人均负担学生数等几个具有代表性的指标,从产出和投入2个方面分别对青岛7区5市间的公共卫生和教育这2项基本公共服务差异情况进行了分析和比较。研究结果显示:青岛5个地级市基本公共服务中公共卫生服务的总体水平偏低,但总体差距不断缩小;青岛市基础教育能力近年有所增强,但总体差距呈逐年扩大趋势;区域间医疗卫生服务方面的差距明显大于教育方面的差距。This paper selected medical institutions in the number of beds per thousand, the number of doctors per thousand, the number of primary school teachers per capita burden of students, secondary school teachers per capita burden of a representative number of students, and several other indicators from both outputs and inputs respectively in Qingdao seven districts and five cities between public health and education differences between these two basic public services were analyzed and compared. The results showed: Qingdao five prefecture-level city in basic public services overall level of public health services was low, but the overall gap was shrinking; basic education capacity in recent years, Qingdao has been enhanced, but the overall gap was gradually widening; regional medical gaps in health services was significantly greater than the gap in education.
