摘　　要：华电国际邹县发电厂600MW机组脱硫烟气换热器(GGH)吹灰器由可编程控制器(PLC)控制,运行人员无法迅速确定故障设备。取消就地PLC和位置编码器,根据GGH吹灰流程框图在分散控制系统(DCS)内做新的逻辑,通过DCS来控制吹灰器,既方便了运行人员操作和监控,又为热工人员的维护提供了便利。The soot blower of desulphurization GGH in the 600 MW unit of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant is controlled by PLC,and the operators can not determine the device faults quickly. The local PLC and the position coder were eliminated,and according to the GGH soot blowing process flow block diagram,the new control logic was designed in DCS. Then the soot blower is controlled by DCS,which provides convenience for operators and thermotechnical personnel in operation,monitoring and maintenance of the system.
