摘 要:以晋薯18号为试验材料,通过大田试验,研究不同施肥水平对马铃薯产量和品质的影响。试验结果表明,随着施肥量的增加,马铃薯产量提高,肥料的施用量与马铃薯的产量之间存在显著正相关,各处理与对照差异显著;肥料用量对干物质和VC的含量影响不大,差异不显著。随着施肥量的增加淀粉含量显著降低,马铃薯的产量与淀粉含量之间在0.01水平上呈现极显著负相关。The Jinshu 18 was selected as test materials to study the effect of different fertilizer levels on yield and quality of potato by field experiments. The results showed that potato production increased, with the increase of fertilizer levels. There was a significant positive correlation between the quantity of fertilizer and yield of potato, with a significant difference between treatments and control. The amount of fertilizer had little effect on dry matter and Vc in potato. The starch content reduced significantly, with the increase of fertilizer use, and a significant negative correlation at the 0.01 level existed between the yield and starch content of potato.
