摘 要:通过盆栽试验研究了不同有机肥料对Cd污染土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:在Cd污染土壤上施用有机肥,土壤脲酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性都有所增强;施用羊粪、鸡粪的处理随施肥量的增加而增强,羊粪、鸡粪的高肥处理大于中肥处理,中肥处理大于低肥处理,施用猪粪的处理随施肥量的增加呈增加降低的趋势,猪粪的中肥处理大于高肥处理,高肥处理大于低肥处理,施用有机肥可提高土壤脲酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性,以达到降低重金属镉的活性和生物有效性的目的。A pot experiment was conducted to assess the effect of different organic manure on enzyme activity in cadmium (Cd)contaminated soil. The results showed that the application of organic manure could increase urease activity and catalase activity in cadmium contaminated soil. The urease activity and catalase activity were enhanced with the increasing application amount of chicken manure and sheep manure. The high manure treatment was greater than in middle fertilizer, followed by the low fertilizer treatment. While the urease activity and catalase activity were reduced with the increasing application amount of pig manure. The effect of the middle fertilizer was better than the high fertilizer, followed by the low one. Organic manure can improve urease activity and catalase activity, and reduce the heavy metal Cd contamination and biological effectiveness.
