摘　　要：高校图书馆岗位轮换的应用旨在培训新馆员,培养管理干部,改善岗位固定化弊端,提升馆员素质和激发部门活力。高校图书馆岗位轮换要遵循科学性原则,有效掌控实施过程,削减轮换的阻力,以确保实施效果。Abstract Post rotation of university libraries aims to train new staffs, develop management cadres, improve defects of fixed posts, improve professionalism of staffs and stimulate vitality of different departments. Post rotation of university libraries needs to follow scientific principles, control the implementary process and reduce resistance of post rotation to ensure its effective implementation. 12 refs.
