刨花板断面密度分布与力学性能相关性研究

摘　　要：以脲醛树脂刨花板为实验材料,研究刨花板断面密度分布与力学性能之间的关系。结果表明:目标厚度不变和平均密度在某一区域时,静曲强度与刨花板表层最高密度呈线性相关性;内接合强度与刨花板芯层最低密度呈线性相关。With urea-formaldehyde resin particle board as experimental material, The correlation between vertical densi- ty profile （VDP） and mechanical performance of particle board was researched. The results showed that, when target thickness and average density constant at a certain area, there was linear correlation between MOR and the highest density of particle beard surface, and there was linear correlation between internal bond strength and the lowest density of particle beard core.
