摘　　要：民族院校大学生思想政治教育既有普遍性也有特殊性,必须将二者有机地结合起来。民族院校有着特殊的思想政治教育环境,进行思想政治教育的内容、形式,以及实施的方法和途径也应有所不同。民族院校要坚持教育规律与民族工作规律相结合,处理好高等教育的普遍性与民族高等教育的特殊性相结合的关系,合理安排教育内容,灵活运用教育教学手段与方法,切实提高民族院校大学生思想政治教育的实效性。Ideological and political education for students in nationalities universities is characteristic of generality and specialty which should be well integrated. Different contents, forms and approaches for ideological and political education should be provided because nationalities universities have their special ideological and political education environment. This paper proposes that nationalities universities should combine education rules with ethnic work rules, properly handle the relationship between the generality of higher education and the specialty of nationality-oriented higher education, rationally arrange teaching contents, flexibly use teaching methods and earnestly improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education for students in nationalities universities.
