家庭环境对精神病患者领悟社会支持的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭环境对精神病患者领悟社会支持的影响。方法:用家庭环境量表(FES-CV)和领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对68名在接受住院治疗的精神病患者进行测评分析。结果:精神病患者对社会支持的总领悟与家庭亲密度、情感表达以及道德宗教观呈显著性正相关(r=0.26,P<0.05;r=0.25,P<0.05;r=0.26,P<0.05)。家庭支持与亲密度、情感表达呈显著性正相关(r=0.29,P<0.05;r=0.35,P<0.01);其他支持与道德宗教观呈显著性正相关(r=0.35,P<0.01)。结论:家庭亲密度越高、情感表达越顺畅以及家庭对道德宗教观越重视,精神病患者领悟社会支持的水平越高。Objective：To explore influence of family environment on perceived social support of patients with mental illness. Methods：68 inpatients with mental illness were administered by family environment scale （ FES-CV） and perceived social support scale （ PSSS） . Results：The total perceived social support of the patients with mental illness was positively and significantly correlated to family cohesion, emotion expression and moral-religious emphasis （r=0. 26, P〈0. 05; r=0. 25, P〈0. 05; r=0. 26, P〈0. 05）. The family support was positively and significantly correlated to family cohesion andemotion expression （r=0. 29, P〈0. 05;r=0. 35, P〈0. 01）, and other supports were positively and significantly correlated to moral-religious emphasis （r=0. 35, P〈0. 01）. Conclu-sions：The higher family cohesion, the more smooth emotion expression, and the more emphasis on moral and religion lead to the high-er of the perceived social support of the patients with mental illness.
