摘　　要：语言和文化是密不可分的,网络语言,作为网络文化的一种外在表现形式,作为人们在网上进行信息交流和信息处理的交际符号,随着互联网的普及逐渐为大众所广泛接受。网络语言的形式丰富多样,其中"语义变异"较为复杂,此种类型的网络语言在风格上、形式上都展现出鲜明的特点,不可避免地对传统语言形成了挑战,但其蕴含的文化价值也不容忽视。language and culture are inseparable, and network language, as an external manifestation of network culture and as communication symbols of people＇s online information exchange and processing, is widely accepted by the public with the popularity of the Internet. The form of network language is varied, in which the＂semantic variation＂is more complex. This type of network language in style and form has distinct characteristics and inevitably becomes a challenge to the traditional language, while its inherent cultural values can not be ignored.
