工科院校卓越法律人才培养探析——以合肥工业大学为例

摘　　要：2011年教育部启动实施了卓越法律人才培养计划。培养过程中,工科院校应该依托工科的优势,避开工科的劣势。以合肥工业大学为例,该校确定了"科技法务精英"的卓越法律人才培养目标,加强同科技实务部门的合作,进行了"知识产权法律人才培养"和"环境法法律人才培养"分类培养模式的创新。In 2011 ,the Ministry of Education launched the plan on training outstanding legal talents . Engineering colleges and universities should take this opportunity by relying on their engineering ad-vantages and avoiding their weaknesses .Taking Hefei University of Technology as an example ,the cultivation of scientific-technological legal elite is determined as the training goal of outstanding legal talents in this university .The university cooperates with scientific and technological practice units and implements training plans on intellectual property-oriented legal talents and environmental law-orien-ted legal talents .
