高校博物馆对外开放面临的困境及对策探析

摘　　要：目前,高校博物馆对外开放面临诸多困境,资金保障体系薄弱、管理理念因循守旧、人才队伍渐趋凋零、社会服务滞后等均制约其对外开放的水平,影响高校博物馆育人功能的发挥。为解决难题,高校博物馆应建立"学校主导,政府支持"的资金保障机制,构建更加科学完善的管理机制,加大人才队伍建设,提升社会服务质量,不断扩大对外开放的影响力。At present ,university museums are confronted with difficulties in the course of opening to outside world ,such as weak financial guarantee system ,outdated management concept ,lack of quali-fied staff ,poor social service and so on ,w hich hinder the development of university museums and af-fect the educational function of them .To solve the above-mentioned problems and open further to the outside world ,the“university-led ,government-backed” funding guarantee mechanism and the scien-tific management mechanism for university museums should be established ,the cultivation of qualified personnel should be strengthened and the quality of social service should be improved .
