摘 要:我国电网的加快建设有力推动了带电作业技术的发展,经过60 a的研究及实践,带电作业技术的研究和应用已取得了重要进展和突破,特别是其在特高压带电作业技术领域已走在世界前列。为满足超、特高压输电线路安全运行和提高配网供电可靠性的需求,需进一步深化带电作业技术的研究。结合国内外带电作业技术的发展历史和现状,总结了我国在交、直流输电线路带电作业技术参数、人员安全防护、工器具研制及标准制定等多方面解决的关键技术问题和取得的重要研究成果,介绍了配电线路带电作业和变电设备带电作业的研究进展、带电作业标准制定及仿真培训等相关情况。结合电网发展及新技术、新设备应用的背景及需求,分析了输配变带电作业技术的发展方向和趋势,讨论了需重点研究的带电作业技术课题,包括特高压带电作业系列化工具、直升机和绝缘斗臂车应用、城网不停电作业等研究重点。The rapid construction of power grid in China has promoted the development of live working technology. After 60 years of research and practice, China's live working technology has made great progress and been widely applied, leading the world in ultra high voltage (UHV) live working. In order to meet the requirements of operation safety for UHV and extra high voltage (EHV) transmission lines and to enhance the reliability of distribution network, further research on live working is needed urgently. According to the development history and current situation of live working in the world, we summarized the key technical problems and the main research achievements in live working on AC&DC transmission lines in China, in the aspects of key parameters, personnel safety protection methods, tools and apparatus developed, and established standards. We also introduced the research progress, standard setting and simulative training of live working on distribution lines and substations. Considering the development and the application requirement of new technology and equipment in power grid, we discussed the developing trend of live working technology, as well as some key projects including the UHV live working tools and instruments, the application of helicopter and aerial lift device with insulating arm for live working on transmission lines, and bypass work in urban distribution networks.
