摘　　要：目的观察高压氧治疗脑梗死患者并发气压伤、减压病、氧中毒的情况。方法健康对照组和脑梗死患者组各60例,入选者接受高压氧治疗30次,分析入选者临床特点,并观察入选者在治疗时以下副作用的发生率:①中耳、鼻窦、肺气压伤;②减压病;③氧中毒。结果 2例脑梗死组患者于高压氧治疗时发生气压伤,对照组无气压伤发生,但两组间无显著差异。两组皆无减压病及氧中毒发生。结论高压氧治疗脑梗死患者是安全的,常见的副作用是气压伤。Objective To observe the side effect of hyperbaric oxygenation therapy （HBOT） on cerebral infarction patients. Methods Sixty healthy cases in control group and 60 cerebral infarction patients in patient group were included. One hundred and twenty cases accepted HBOT for 30 times. We analyzed the clinical data and observed the side effect：barotrauma;depression disease;oxygen toxicosis. Results There were 2 cases in patient group who had barotraumas, and there was no difference in its incidence between both groups. There was no depression disease and oxygen toxicosis in both groups. Conclusion HBOT is safe in cerebral infarction patients. The common side effect of HBOT is barotrauma.
